To use the Normatec 3 Full Body Recovery System, first plug the control unit into a power outlet and connect the air hoses firmly to the leg, arm, and hip attachments. Wear the attachments comfortably while sitting, reclining, or lying down, ensuring all zippers are fully zipped to maintain proper compression and to avoid voiding the warranty. Power on the system and use the Attachment Selection button to choose which body part(s) to treat—Legs, Arms, or Hips—with corresponding automatic compression settings. Adjust the pressure level between 1 and 7 using the Pressure Level button, and optionally enable the ZoneBoost feature to focus extra compression on specific zones. Select the session duration with the Time Adjustment button and start the session by pressing the Start/Stop button. The device will perform its patented pulse massage pattern, sequentially inflating and deflating air chambers to promote circulation and recovery. At session end, the system will automatically deflate, and you should turn off the device, disconnect the hoses, and remove the attachments. Clean components with a damp cloth and avoid machine washing or using damaged attachments. Always follow safety instructions, avoid partial use with unzipped attachments, and consult a healthcare professional if you experience pain or discomfort during the session.
