Dhruv International (“Aarogyaa Bharat”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”), a privately held company, duly registered and incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, operating from OFFICE NO-D-05,1ST FLOOR, Choice Arcade, Balkrishna Sakharam Dhole Patil Rd, opp. RUBY HALL CLINIC, Pune – 411001, India owns and operates the website http://www.aarogyaabharat.com along with Aarogyaa Bharat mobile application (collectively “Aarogyaa Bharat Platform”, “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is applicable to all users of the Aarogyaa Bharat Platform, suppliers, distributors and other third parties who interact with the Company. The user(s) are hereinafter referred to as “You” and/or “Your”. This Policy shall layout the manner in which we collect, store, share and analyse the data collected from You when you access the Aarogyaa Bharat Platform. By accessing / using our Aarogyaa Bharat Platform, You accept this Privacy Policy and agree to be legally bound by the same. Aarogyaa Bharat may from time to time be required to disclose Personal Information collected from You to our third party service providers who enables us to facilitate the provision of Services/Products on the Aarogyaa Bharat Platform. For instance, we may share your information with third party logistics partner to assist and execute the delivery of the Products you have bought on the Aarogyaa Bharat Platform. By using the Aarogyaa Bharat Platform, you consent to any such disclosure of your Personal Information with third party service providers. We ensure that such third party service providers are bound by reasonable confidentiality obligations and/ or use, maintain and follow generally accepted industry and security standards with respect to such information.

However, if any server provider as matter of backup or other general practices may transfer the content to any of the countries in which server provider operates or servers are located to enable the use of the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, You agree to such cross-border transfers of Personal Information and the risk associated with it. Aarogyaa Bharat shall in no way be responsible for the security and protection of any data involved in such cross-border transfers on behalf of the service provider.

Payment Gateway
Information relating to electronic transactions entered into via the Platform shall be protected by encryption technology. We have partnered with third party payment gateway providers who shall be responsible to process the transactions on Aarogyaa Bharat Platform. Aarogyaa Bharat does not interfere in any manner whatsoever with the payment gateway mechanism and explicitly disclaims any liability that may arise out of or in connection to the transaction being processed by such third party payment gateways. Users be informed, the Platform has no access to the information that You may enter for making the payment through any of the payment gateway listed on our Platform. Your transaction and banking details or other information as may be required for internet banking or other payment instruments is held by our partnered payment gateway service providers.
By creating a link to a payment gateway, we do not endorse or promote the payment gateway, nor are we liable for any failure of products or services offered by such payment gateway. Such payment gateway may have a privacy policy different from that of Aarogyaa Bharat. All failures/ errors/ omissions of the payment gateway shall be sole responsibility of the respective payment gateway partners. You hereby consent that you shall not sue Aarogyaa Bharat for any disputes that you may have with the payment gateway for any wrong doing of the payment gateway.
