General Terms

This Terms of Use (“Agreement”) is drafted in conformity with the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 under the Information Technology Act, 2000. It regulates usage and access to the website, application, and services of Dhruv International.

No physical or digital signature is needed to validate this Agreement. In this Agreement, the website and application are collectively referred to as “DHRUV INTERNATIONAL”.

DHRUV INTERNATIONAL (“we”, “us” or “our”) is a technology-powered healthcare aggregator providing sales and rentals of medical, sports, and gym equipment (including wheelchairs, adult diapers, etc.). Rental services are currently available only in Pune.

Customers are advised to consult a medical professional before making any purchase. Certain products may require a doctor’s prescription or certification. Our team may contact you for verification.

By using our platform, you agree to abide by all policies such as Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, which form part of this Agreement. This Agreement applies to all users of Dhruv International and its services.

Our policies are subject to change at our sole discretion. Updates will be notified via our website, app, or registered contact details. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these updates.

Some services can be accessed without registration, but certain features require you to create an account (“Account”) with accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. Dhruv International is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.

• Notify Dhruv International immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account.
• Sign out properly after each session.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

We may collect personal and location-based data to provide and improve our services. You authorize Dhruv International to use such information in compliance with our privacy policy and applicable law.

Dhruv International acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers. We do not provide direct medical or pharmaceutical services. We are not responsible for actions, negligence, or conduct of third-party providers.

Our services are available only in India. Some services may be temporarily unavailable or restricted due to legal, medical, or technical reasons.

Fees for services are displayed prior to booking. We reserve the right to revise fees at any time. Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking.

We do not store or retain your payment card details. Payment security is handled via encrypted third-party gateways.

• Returns/Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects within 7 days.
• Refunds are processed within 5–8 business days after we receive the returned product in original condition.
• Rental products needing service or repair will be handled within 48–72 hours.

By availing certain services, you consent to Dhruv International or its agents visiting your premises for service delivery. You may withdraw consent anytime by contacting us; however, outstanding dues must still be settled.

Dhruv International and its associates provide services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or third-party actions.

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the website/application are owned by Dhruv International and protected by Indian copyright law. You may view or download material solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Users may delete their account anytime by emailing us. Dhruv International reserves the right to terminate any account for policy violations or misuse.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dhruv International from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse of the website, violations of these terms, or third-party rights infringement.

Users shall not disclose any confidential information obtained during use of our website/application except as required by law or with written consent.

Dhruv International shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

• Any violation or indecent action towards service providers may result in termination and legal action.
• No partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between users and Dhruv International.
• All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to Pune District Court jurisdiction.
• Errors or omissions in content may be corrected without prior notice.
