To use it, moisten the electrode area on the strap, then fasten the strap snugly around your chest just below the chest muscles, ensuring good contact with your skin. Attach the sensor connector to the strap and pair it with a compatible device or app via Bluetooth or ANT+ according to the device/app pairing instructions. The H9 enables group training with no interference from other sensors and is compatible with many fitness apps, including Polar Beat. After your session, detach the connector and rinse the strap under running water to keep it clean and prolong battery life. The battery is user-replaceable (CR2025), and to replace it, open the battery cover with a small flat tool, remove the old battery, insert the new one with the negative side outward, and snap the cover back on securely to maintain waterproofing.
